What is your delivery range?
We are based in Harrisburg, PA, and happily serve the greater Central PA area within a 30-mile radius. If your celebration is a little farther, let us know—we’ll do our best to make it happen.

How long is the rental period?
Our flower walls are typically enjoyed for 4–6 hours, perfect for capturing every beautiful moment. If your event calls for a longer rental, extended hours can be arranged for an additional fee.

What are your payment terms?
To secure your date, we require a 50% deposit at booking. The remaining balance is due one month before your celebration, ensuring everything is in place for your special day.

What is your cancellation policy?
Because each backdrop is reserved just for you, all payments are non-refundable. We appreciate your understanding as we dedicate that date exclusively to your event.

Can I reschedule my event?
Absolutely. We know life can bring unexpected changes, and we’ll always do our best to accommodate a new date. Rescheduling is subject to availability and must be requested at least 30 days prior to your original booking. Your deposit will transfer to the new date, with any adjustments made if rates or travel costs differ.
